Returns & Refunds
The process of having your worktops installed includes a satisfactory survey at the end of your installation. We make sure you’re completely happy with the completed worktops and ask you to sign a job satisfaction sheet to mark completion of the job. After this point we are unable to refund your purchase as the final worksurfaces will sit in your property and under your care. You are covered by any manufacturers warranty as stated at the time of purchase (for example, 10 year warranty against surface staining etc).
You can place an order for worktops via our website. Upon receipt of your order we will contact you to arrange a suitable time/day to come and template your worktops (at your installation address). If you wish to cancel your order before this template has been completed you will receive a full refund.
After your template has been completed, your worktops will be manufactured to your bespoke requirements. Therefore once at manufacture stage we are unable to process any refunds. These terms will be made clear to you at the time of ordering when a member of our team will contact you.
Once your new worktops are installed you receive a full manufacturers warranty. If you have any questions relating to this policy please contact us and a member of our team will be happy to help.
